Pixar’s new film takes us on a journey to the Land of the Dead in Coco! Miguel, a young musician, idolizes the late guitar player Ernesto de la Cruz. When Miguel visits his hero’s tomb and dares to touch his guitar, he’s surprised to find himself in the Land of the Dead.

Coco was directed by Toy Story 3’s Lee Unkrich, and stars Anthony Gonzalez as Miguel and Benjamin Bratt as Ernesto. It will be interesting to see how Pixar handles the Mexican Day of the Dead traditions, but at least for now we can say that the film looks gorgeous.
Coco hits theaters November 22!
